At the meet ups, you will learn how to use the Business Model Canvas to develop a mindset for business success while discovering how your business will generate sustainable revenue and profit. You will share your discoveries with other CIE members and CIE’s volunteer business mentors who will provide useful feedback and ideas for deeper discovery and validation.
A lean launch meet up is not a class but a simple and flexible process.
Meet ups will be offered monthly at a regular place and time. You can come every month, or you can just drop in whenever you need help or want to help others – or if you just need a little inspiration.
Every meet up includes a chalk talk about the lean launch approach to starting a business. Then you’ll have an opportunity to make a 5-minute “fast pitch” presentation on your business model, followed by 5 minutes of discussion and feedback. There will be time at the end of the meet ups to go deeper, or make connections for one-on- one coaching or mentoring.
Don’t spend time writing a business plan until you’ve developed your business model. Launch lean!
