The Washington Women’s Business Center (WWBC) is committed to supporting women business owners as they carry on in their business recovery.
On May 27th, Celebrating Dreams, WWBC’s Premier Event, is an opportunity to connect with other female entrepreneurs, mentors, community partners, resources, and leaders. The event kicks off in May and ends in June – all while celebrating female entrepreneurship.
Celebrating Dreams starts with an online showcase of Woman-Owned businesses that display their products and services all in one place from May 1st – June 30th, 2021.
Leading up to the May 27th event, we will host free webinars every Thursday in May! These focus on increasing diversity and growing your business.
The event culminates with a free evening of celebration, connection, and opportunities for Women in business. This year, some of our panels for the night include, “Recovery Ready Case Studies” and and “The Economic Value of Woman-Owned Businesses” with Janice R. Green, Ph.D., Erika Borg, Liliana Paredes, and Kate Isler. There will also be break-out rooms to provide opportunities to talk with other business owners and mentors.
