Are Jewish delicacies the secret to our survival and for generations to come? Are these traditional foods too complicated to make at home? Join Seattle chef and caterer Deborah Brownstein for a hands-on program exploring these questions about Jewish food. Brownstein will share her thoughts and experiences around this and more. You’ve likely tasted Brownstein’s savory and sweet treats if you’ve been to local, Jewish community events. And if you haven’t, we’ll sample some of it through all of our senses at this event.
This Endless Opportunities event is part of a community-wide program for adults 60+. It is co-sponsored by Jewish Family Service, Congregation Beth Shalom, Temple De Hirsch Sinai and Temple B’nai Torah.
